Oracle Password Cracker is a utility which can be used by database administrators to obtain a clear-text password for any user account in an Oracle database! The software utilizes Oracle's modified DES encryption algorithm and stored password hashes. Running as a PL/SQL stored procedure, it can run on any platform where Oracle is installed (but requires Oracle 8i or above). The software does not need to change the users password while performing the crack, and it is not affected by preventive security measures such as the number of failed login attempts or password history storage.

AckCmd
AckCmd is a backdoor client/server combination that lets you open a remote Command Prompt to another system (running the server part of AckCmd). It communicates using only TCP ACK segments. This way the client component is able to directly contact the server component through a firewall in some cases (static packet filters).

The HFCheck tool allows IIS5.0 administrators to ensure that their servers are up to date on all security patches. The tool can be run continuously or periodically, against the local machine or a remote one, using either a database on the Microsoft web site or a locally-hosted copy. When the tool finds a patch that hasn't been installed, it can display or dialogue or write a warning to the event log.
